The evening’s program will feature two speakers sharing three synergistic travel risk management topics that are very timely with the current issues impacting travelers today. The presentations will also discuss the recently issued Department of State “Worldwide Caution” travel alert that affects every organization and anyone who travels.
Chapter members are encouraged to invite personnel from their organizations to attend with them, including corporate security, HR, risk management, or related personnel.
1st segment of his presentation will provide a brief overview of the new International Organization for Standardization (ISO) travel risk management standard, which provides guidelines for managing travel security risks related to business travel, covering employer responsibilities and traveler awareness.
2nd segment, he will share a sample of street-smart travel strategies that he frequently shares on national TV programs such as CBS, CNN, FOX News, and Inside Edition. Kevin will share practical travel tips you, your travelers, and your customers can use, whether exploring bustling international cities or navigating domestic routes. Kevin will also provide timely advice regarding the new Department of State “Worldwide Caution” travel alert that specifically references caution for LGBTQ travelers and related events.
