The GBTA is proud to host the 23rd  Annual GBTA US Chapter Leadership Summit! This event brings over 150 US Chapter volunteer leaders from across the country for 2 days of learning including professional development, networking and collaboration to enhance GBTA’s 38 US Chapter organizations. 

This event is open to all GBTA Chapter Board Members, Chapter Committee members, and invited guests. All registrants will be quality checked to ensure you fit within one of these categories. Any registrations not fitting these roles will be cancelled and refunded.

Individual Group Cancelations within seventy-two (72) hours prior to the day of arrival will be charged and or forfeit the first night’s room and tax.  A charge of the first (1St) night’s room and tax will be applied if you do not cancel or do not arrive (no-show). Early departures are subject to penalty fees set by the hotel. Credit cards will only be charged if cancelled within the penalty period. 

Parking:
Self-Parking- $30 for 24 hours, includes in and out access in the Loring Municipal Ramp 
Valet Parking-$52 for overnight parking, includes in and out access. 

Airport: 
Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport (MSP) is 12 miles away and accessible by public transit, rideshare (Uber/Lyft), taxi, or car.

Registering multiple people, and prefer one payment? Please register yourself, and when you see the Registration Summary page, you can add members to a group reservation by clicking on the box on the bottom left. Be sure to have all of their information available to register them correctly. 

Politique d'annulation:

  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing to GBTA at events@gbta.org 
  • Cancellations are accepted until January 25e, 2027. 
  • A full refund less a $75 administrative fee will be given for cancellations. 
  • No refunds will be given January 26th 2027, or after. 
  • There are no refunds for “no shows.” 
  • Les remboursements seront crédités sur la carte de crédit originale utilisée pour le paiement. 


Politique de remplacement :

  • A GBTA attendee may transfer his/her registration to another eligible party if he/she is unable to attend.  
  • All substitution requests must be made in writing to GBTA at events@gbta.org and handled on the backend of the registration system. 
  • The substitute is responsible for any and all financial arrangements between the original registrant and the substitute.
