The GBTA WINiT Summit is a high‑impact, two‑day leadership event hosted by the GBTA Foundation. It’s designed to advance and celebrate women and gender equity in the business travel industry – bringing together professionals, leaders, and allies for two days of learning, inspiration, and community building. 

This year’s theme is “Rise & Renew with WINiT 2026.” Rooted in WINiT’s pillars of mentorship, professional development, and community, the Summit is designed to help attendees recharge their energy, reconnect with purpose, and step confidently into what’s next.
