*Park in the covered self-parking garage on levels 2 through 5. Remember to bring your parking ticket inside and present it at the front desk to receive your validation. Validation will only be provided with the physical parking ticket, so make sure to bring it with you.

**The entrance to the airport from the parking garage is located on Level 2.
Once inside the airport, take the elevators or escalators up to Level 3, where the main airline check-in desks are located.
Locate the Southwest check-in area. From there, proceed past the wall to the left of the Southwest check-in desk. You will see double glass doors—this is where the meeting will be held.
Upon entering, check in at the desk to collect your validation and then proceed to the UBTA registration desk.
