Cancellation Policy:

  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing to GBTA at events@gbta.org with a cc to WINiT@gbta.org  
  • Cancellations are accepted until Tuesday, September 30, 2025
  • A $75 administrative fee will be charged for cancellations
  • A $100 administrative fee will be charged for “no shows”


Substitution Policy:

  • A GBTA attendee may transfer his/her registration to another eligible party if he/she is unable to attend. 
  • All substitution requests must be made in writing to GBTA at events@gbta.org and handled on the backend of the registration system.
  • The substitute is responsible for all financial arrangements between the original registrant and the substitute.

Dress Code:

Smart Business Casual.  It may feel chilly inside the meeting space, so always recommend a jacket or throw.  Coat check will be available on the 2nd Level  

Average Temperature:

The average temperature in New York City in October a low of about 50°F (10°C) to a high of around 60-66°F (16-19°C).

Transportation

Transportation to and from the venue will be the responsibility of the registrant. Ride share or Taxis are highly encouraged, as availability of parking is limited.
