YOUnique Traveler Profiles: Tailoring Safety for Every Journey

Travel risks aren’t one-size-fits-all—and neither are your travelers. In project travel, organizations must balance complex trip types with the responsibility to deliver a safe, seamless, and supportive traveler experience. This interactive workshop will use multiple traveler personas to guide participants in building a playbook for the end-to-end journey—addressing what travelers need to know, and the concerns they may face, pre-trip, during travel, and post-trip. By connecting risk management and duty of care directly to traveler communications and touchpoints, you’ll gain new insights into how safety and support shape the overall experience.
