Parking:
Daily Event Valet- $15 car/ day, Overnight Valet – $59 car/ night. The property does not offer self parking.
Room Cancellation Policy
All reservations for overnight accommodation must be cancelled by 4:00 PM CST the day prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty fee equivalent to the first night room and tax as reserved. A reservation confirmed at any point after 4:00 PM the day prior to arrival is non-cancelable. In the event that a reservation goes unused, the reservation will be deemed as a “No-Show” and a penalty fee equivalent to the first night’s room and tax will apply. During special events or on particular dates, different cancellation terms may apply.
Airport:
There are two options for flying into Houston:
– HOU-William P. Hobby Airport, located 11 miles and approximately 20-25 minutes from the hotel.
– IAH-George Bush Intercontinental Airport, located 20 miles and approximately 35-40 minutes from the hotel.
Please note travel times can vary depending on time of day and traffic.
